About Centerpark

Gregg has over 29 years of experience in the parking management business. Beginning in 1992 and while a student at UCLA, Gregg has built and sold several of his own parking management companies leading to senior roles with the world’s three largest parking management firms.

As a founder and the CEO of Centerpark, it is Gregg’s responsibility for Centerpark to realize their objective of becoming one of the largest owner/operators of parking and logistic oriented properties while achieving the company’s mission of creating value for their customers, opportunities for their employees, and enhanced returns for their partners and clients.

Gregg is a graduate of Harvard Business School and an active alumnus. He is involved in many charities and organizations including the National Parking Association and the board of directors of Lost Tribe Esports, the nation’s largest non-profit esports community providing a safe and productive space for Generation Z gamers. Gregg was recently awarded the Young Leadership Award from UJA Federation as recognition for his work creating and raising scholarship funds to send disadvantaged children to summer camp.

Gregg is married and resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Jared has over 19 years of experience in both the real estate and finance industries and is skilled in negotiation, risk management, deal sourcing, and strategic implementations beginning with Salomon Brothers and then as Managing Director of a large family office. Jared has managed over 5 million square feet of real estate and participated in hundreds of transactions with an aggregate value of over $500M. As a result of Jared’s experience and investment expertise with parking related assets, Jared has made invaluable contributions to Centerpark not only as a principal equity holder but as co-head of capital markets and investor relations.

Jared is a lifelong New Yorker, and an active member of the community. Jared earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and currently lives in New York City with his wife, daughter and son.

Stefan has 20 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries, working with many of the largest financial institutions globally. Having spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, coupled with serving as the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate for two family offices as well as the founding principal of a merchant banking firm, Stefan has extensive knowledge sourcing, underwriting, syndicating and managing multiple asset classes globally. Stefan has been involved in hundreds of transactions with an aggregate value in the billions. Resulting from his experience and direct investments in parking, Stefan has played an integral role in the successful launch and development of Centerpark as a principal equity holder as well as co-head of capital markets and investor relations.

Stefan serves on a multitude of boards and committees including a media start-up, which produces free, digital content with celebrities to empower today’s millennials and co-chairing the Young Professionals Committee for an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged children. Stefan received his Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College where he currently serves as Head of the Muhlenberg Real Estate Alumni Network. Stefan was born and raised in Manhattan and recently moved to Florida where he currently resides with his wife and two children.

Stephen is a licensed CPA with over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. Beginning his career at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Stephen has been named a prestigious Top 100 ProAdvisor by Insightful Accountant as well as awarded Top Client Accounting Services Pro Advisor. Stephen graduated cum laude from State University of New York (SUNY) Genesco and resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.

Mara is a 35-year veteran in the media and software industries, with the last 20 years exclusively in software. She is an award-winning executive with outstanding sales performance, management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Mara’s career in sales and business development started with CBS where she was responsible for strategic planning and implementation of new business revenue for all CBS-TV owned and operated stations.

Her career moved to SAAS technology sales, as one of the first employees and principals of an e-learning company, Learn.com. For eight years, Mara was instrumental in leading Learn.com’s growth, all contributing to a successful sale and transition to Oracle. Mara remained with Oracle for several years following the sale.

Today, Mara heads Park N Save driving revenue through new business development, enhanced technology as well as implementing solutions designed for operational effectiveness.

Mara has been featured in Two Thousand Notable American Women, Tribune Career Builder Profile Recipient, and a Crystal Slipper Award winner: Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. She is the current Chair and founding Trustee of Jewish Women’s Foundation and Past Chair of the Association of Professional Women.
